Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Confirmation All reservations are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email or booking reference number. 2.Driver Requirements Drivers must present a valid driver’s license and be at least 21 years old (age requirements may vary based on the vehicle category).Additional identification, such as a passport or government-issued ID, may be required. 3.Payment All payments must be made in person at the rental location. Accepted payment methods include cash and credit/debit cards. 4.Cancellation Policy If the vehicle is not collected at the agreed time, it may be allocated to another customer. 5.Amendments to Bookings Any changes to the reservation, including pickup/drop-off time or location, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. 6.Vehicle Collection The driver must present the required documents at the time of vehicle pickup. A pre-authorization hold may be placed on the driver’s credit card to cover potential damages or extra charges. 7.Fuel Policy The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as provided at pickup.
